Woodworkers prepare, cut, fit and assemble wood for things such as building frameworks, doors, and windows on both commercial and residential projects.
In this competition, competitors are required to measure, mark out and form some basic joints to create a basic box and lid which can be used (competitors will take the completed task home at the end of competition)
Competitors are also required to mark out 2 halving joints and present for marking before forming the joint, using hand tools only.
